THE BEGINNING

A world of ART, flowers, energy and symbolism.

ANTHEA by Alex Kruk, Print Club

Welcome to my world. Welcome to Anthea.

My creative journey began years ago with photography, to be exact: portrait photography. Whenever I took photos I always wanted to get closer to my subject, the closer I could get to someone’s face and eyes, the more inspired I became. I wanted to capture something beyond appearances, almost as if I could photograph a person's soul through their eyes. I wanted to capture the essence of the person I was photographing.

Eventually, my instinct led me into wildlife photography, where I discovered the beauty of observing nature in its own world. But that wasn't close enough…  so then I took it a step further and tried macro photography, which opened an entirely new universe to me of tiny Beings. Suddenly, I could get incredibly close to the tiniest creatures, the delicate details of insects, and the extraordinary patterns hidden in things we often overlook. My world was changed.

This way of seeing the world has stayed with me. Today, it lives on in my paintings. I love observing flowers up close, discovering their intricate patterns, textures, and colors. I want to paint them realistically, with all their delicate details, while allowing their natural forms to become something almost abstract — a world of shapes, movement, capturing the essence of their energy. From there, my inspiration for Anthea was born.

Everything I do with my world of art and energy is led by the Higher Power, it's channeled through me. Everything has a meaning, orchestrated with symbolism.

Why Anthea?

In Greek mythology, Anthea is associated with flowers, blossoms, and floral wreaths. Her name comes from the ancient Greek anthos, meaning flower or blossom. She represents the beauty of nature in bloom, the flourishing of life, human love and the promise of renewal. She governs Spring, growth, gardens and the blooming of fresh flowers. Her symbols are the flowery wreath, gold and flowers, honey and myrrh. She is the Goddess of charm, beauty and creativity.

When I discovered this connection, the name felt like a natural home for my art. I, too, have always been drawn to flowers, to the magic of spring, and to the cycles of transformation that shape our lives. Like nature, I have experienced moments of letting go, starting anew, and discovering a different version of myself. Anthea is the beginning of a new chapter for me.

In many ways, Anthea represents the goddess I am becoming in my own creative world: the woman who paints flowers, follows her intuition, embraces transformation, someone who is blooming with inspiration and creates beauty with intention.

My logo carries this story. The golden wreath, formed from olive branches and delicate magnolia blossoms, brings together nature, femininity, and timeless elegance. The wreath symbolizes continuity and wholeness; the olive branches evokes wealth, peace and flourishing; and the gold, the highest, is the very thing that represents The Goddess of Flowers, Anthea.

Art with Intention

My interest in astrology, tarot, numerology, and the deeper symbolism of life has been with me for as long as I can remember. I have always been fascinated by the hidden connections between things and the meanings we discover when we look beyond what is immediately visible.

This is the inspiration behind my Print Club.

Each month, I will create a floral painting inspired by the energies I associate with that month of the year, its zodiac sign, a chosen flower, and the symbolism of its colors. I want to explore how these elements can come together to tell a story — through the form of flowers, the colors that surround it, and the intention behind every brushstroke.

My paintings are created as symbolic, energetic artworks: pieces that invite contemplation, inspire personal reflection, and bring beauty and meaning into your space. Perhaps a flower speaks to you. Perhaps a color resonates with something you are experiencing. Perhaps the symbolism arrives at just the right moment in your life.

The Magic of Eight

There is another beautiful thread woven into the beginning of Anthea: the number EIGHT.

In the numerological system I use, Anthea by Alex Kruk carries the vibration of eight. My two membership tiers, THE BELIEVER priced at $5 and THE COLLECTOR priced at $12 both reduce to eight. And I am starting it all, today on October 24, 2026 — which is 8.

There is another meaningful connection in my first month's theme. Scorpio is the eighth sign of the zodiac, and in astrology, the eighth house is associated with transformation, regeneration, and the mysteries of death and rebirth. My November painting, inspired by Scorpio and the Phoenix, reflects precisely this journey of becoming the 8th zodiac house.

This is A New Beginning

Anthea is the beginning of a new chapter for me. It brings together my love of photography, my fascination with flowers, my spiritual vision, and my desire to create something meaningful, healing, inspiring. I want you to see the world through my eyes.

And now, I invite you to become part of this world! Become THE BELIEVER and support my art, subscribing to this tier because you believe in me, my art, my vision and my message. BECOME THE COLLECTOR and collect my art and the energy that I implemented into each of my paintings.

Collect the flowers. Discover their symbolism. Explore the colors, the zodiac energies, and the stories behind each painting. Let the artwork you choose become a reminder of something you wish to nurture within yourself — whether that is peace, courage, abundance, transformation, or simply a deeper connection with beauty.

I hope each piece finds its way into a home where it is loved, contemplated, and allowed to tell its own story.

Welcome to Anthea — where flowers become art, art becomes an energy vessel, and every blossom holds the possibility of a new beginning.

With love and intention,

Alex Kruk
